I am applying with great interest for the position of Global People Operations Lead at Lovable. In technical terms, I would describe myself as a fullstack HR professional – a broad HR profile who has worked strategically and operationally across all areas of HR, both independently and in leadership roles.

Whether working in large or small organisations, I have always seen the need for efficient, digital and automated processes. I have often been the one driving development in these areas, thanks to my deep knowledge of employment law within HR and payroll, combined with a solid technical understanding and a strong interest in how technology can simplify and improve ways of working.

Given the growth phase Lovable is in, I see great opportunities to create the right foundations from the start. To me, it is about building scalable processes that create positive experiences for both managers and employees. The goal should always be to minimise unnecessary administration and instead free up time and energy for what truly moves the business forward and enables long-term growth.

It is precisely the challenge Lovable faces that appeals to me. I am driven by growing, finding better solutions and creating results together with the people around me. As a person, I am a team player and problem-solver with an analytical mindset and a strong determination to turn ideas into practice.
